Journaling has kept us grateful and has reminded us of our hopes and dreams while biking and yoga have kept us sane. Mental health is our top priority during this quarantine and what we listed above is what is helping us stay optimistic and healthy.

I've tried time blocking in the past but with so many moving parts to Friends Of Friends, I was easily distracted. Time blocking when done successfully is amazing and I can't wait to use it in my normal schedule after quarantine is over.

We try to end our day between 3pm-4pm, this is where the dip starts to happen. A few afternoon projects that we've enjoyed are painting our cabinets and walls, planting a small garden and getting back into art. Brett loves to draw and paint and since he can't surf at the moment, this has been his new escape.

We're thinking of this time as a creative reset. Right now, our hat press is on hold for shipping so we're unable to make our summer line but that is okay, we will get back to it when we can. This will just allow us more time to get inspired...

We will be making masks within the next week and are looking forward to helping as much as we can.

We'd love to hear from you. What has kept you sane and optimistic during quarantine?

With love,

Brett & Amy
